Your subscription is billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple ID settings — not inside Steadybill. It takes about twenty seconds.
If you do not see Steadybill in that list, you are signed in with a different Apple ID than the one you bought it with, or you bought Lifetime — which is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.
Apple's own instructions are here: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or Apple will have charged for the next one already.
Nothing is deleted. When the paid period ends you can still open, read, export and print everything. You go back to the free limit of 3 invoices a month, and paid features stop being available.
Before you go, it is worth doing Settings → Export all data to keep your own copy.
Refunds are decided by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple turns you down and you think you have been treated unfairly, email us and we will help you make the case.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data. To remove your account and everything stored for it on our servers, open Steadybill and go to Settings → Delete account. That is immediate and cannot be undone, so export first.
